Payment schedule

Benefits are paid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We strive to process follow-up claims at the latest on the first workday following the day on which the claim arrived at the AYT office. If we need further information, the claim will be processed as soon as the additional information has been obtained. You can speed up the process by making sure that all the required attachments (for example, pay certificate for the period of payment) are enclosed in the initial claim.

Any changes to the payment schedule will be notified on our website.
