Why was AYT established?

The fund was founded to enable entrepreneurs to insure themselves against unemployment. In addition, our aim is to improve the unemployment security of entrepreneurs, and thus place them on a more equal footing with employees in terms of unemployment security.

Who owns AYT?

AYT is an independent and non-affiliated unemployment fund. AYT is administered by the fund's members. Supreme authority in the fund is exercised by the annual general meeting. The Board of AYT is responsible for ensuring that the fund is managed in accordance with the relevant laws, the rules of the fund and the decisions of the fund's meeting. The Board consists of 4 to 6 members, including their substitutes.

How is AYT supervised?

The activities of AYT are supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
